The property is located in a small 6-unit site in the original town of Bodrum, on the Bodrum Peninsula. The site is mostly owner-occupied. After entering the main gate there is a small but lovely pool closed off by a wall/gate - the perfect location for a quick dip before climbing the several flights of stairs up to the unit which is at the top of the site. There are no neighbors behind/above the property, and there are outstanding views of all of Bodrum below.

The entry-level has a black and white checkered floor with an ample open area that can be used for laundry, as a staging area for day trips, or even a young child's play area. There is a large multi-purpose closet, perfect for laundry, shoes, towels, water activity gear, and excess storage. Two water heaters are found on this floor, as well as entrances to the two bedrooms and stairs to the main living level.

Each bedroom has a private bath and king-sized mattresses. The larger bedroom is outfitted with a settee and an additional single bed. The room has large built-in storage cupboards, an A/C unit, shutters for privacy, and an entrance to the covered terrace connecting the two bedrooms.

The Main Living Level has a sweeping view of Bodrum harbor, Castle, Cruise Terminal, and Helipad. This level is one open space with three distinct areas: the main sitting area, the small area with the breathtaking view, and the kitchen which runs along the back wall of the unit. There is a small powder room off the kitchen. There are two wall A/C units on this level, and in addition to the glass doors leading out the terrace, there is a glass door and window at the back of the unit next to the kitchen to allow good airflow.

The terrace runs the width of the unit and has a retractable canvas roof system, allowing for light/heat control. Star gazing is a favorite nighttime activity, as is the light show that is Bodrum after dark. The terrace has a table and chairs for dining as well as a daybed for lounging. The foldable chaise lounges are in the corner for easy access.

The Main Sitting Area is beautifully decorated with artwork, mashrabiya, and accented primarily by blue and white pottery. The ceiling is wooden strips, typical of a house in this area, and a traditional style fireplace (non-working) adds to the feeling of being in this once sleepy fishing village turned uber resort. The space has two long divans or couches that run end to end, and a large brass table great for cocktails or a meal. Floor cushions add to the casual chic vibe. There is a TV if desired, and a wooden dining table with leaves that can be expanded or reduced to your needs, accommodating a comfortable 6, max 8 people. The more casual seating area is cozy with three sides of sofa, set perfectly for viewing the harbor, the sun, and the moon.

The area moves from local to touristy to high-end. The immediate area is easy to navigate and the site is very close to all that Bodrum has to offer. 3-5 minutes down the hill are the following amenities:
